1. Who sells
METINA services are provided by David Iraguha, sole proprietorship, Chemin des Rosiers 1, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland ("METINA", "the coach"). Contact: metinatraining@gmail.com.
2. What is sold
METINA offers personalised coaching in three plans:
- Silver: 60-minute sessions with the coach by video call, live technique correction, a plan to follow between sessions, questions by email (reply within 48 h), end-of-pack check-in.
- Gold: everything in Silver, plus sessions by video call or at the client's home (Nyon area), nutrition guidance, adjustments as you progress, reply within 24 h, mid-way and end-of-pack check-ins.
- Rose Gold: custom coaching (format, frequency, length and content) defined after the assessment and offered by quote, from CHF 179 per session.
Sessions are booked by the client in the online calendar, based on available slots. A booked session can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 24 hours before. After that, it counts as completed, except in case of force majeure.
A quote accepted in writing (email) or by payment forms part of the contract.
3. Free assessment
The starting assessment (goal assessment and health questionnaire, online) is free and without commitment. METINA replies with a proposal, with no obligation to buy.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) on the website at the time of order. Payment is made in advance by card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the secure Stripe platform. METINA never has access to card details.
5. Validity
A single session is valid for 1 month from payment. A pack of 10 sessions is valid for 6 months from payment. Sessions not used within this period expire and are not refunded.
6. How it works
If not already done during the assessment, the client fills in a goal assessment and a health questionnaire online right after payment. Coaching is based on these answers. The client undertakes to answer fully and honestly and to report any change in their health.
7. Health and liability
The client confirms they are fit for physical activity. In case of doubt, illness, injury, pregnancy, or if the questionnaire recommends it, they see a doctor before starting. METINA coaching does not replace medical advice.
The client trains at their own risk, following instructions and their own limits. To the extent permitted by law, METINA is not liable for injury or damage resulting from incorrect exercise execution, failure to follow instructions or incomplete health information. Liability for gross negligence or intent remains reserved.
8. Cancellation, refund and satisfaction guarantee
Swiss law provides no general right of withdrawal for online purchases. The client may nevertheless request a full refund by email as long as their first session has not taken place.
Satisfaction guarantee. If the first session does not suit the client, they report it by email within 7 days. The coach adapts what follows at no cost. If the client is still not satisfied, the amount for sessions not yet completed is returned as a METINA voucher, valid for 12 months on all services. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
Outside these cases, amounts paid are not refunded once the first session has taken place, as each coaching is prepared specifically for the client.
If METINA cannot provide the service (e.g. coach illness), validity is extended accordingly or undelivered sessions are refunded.
9. Gifts with packs
Only the purchase of a pack of 10 sessions entitles the client to free METINA merch: cap (Silver), t-shirt or tank top (Gold), hoodie, cap and t-shirt or tank top (Rose Gold). No merch is offered with a single session. Items are handed over in person or shipped within Switzerland while stocks last. A gift cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Content
Programmes, videos and documents remain the property of METINA. They are for the client's personal use and may not be shared, resold or published.
11. Client reviews
A review is only published with the client's written consent, showing their first name and town only. The client may ask for its removal at any time.
12. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Nyon (VD), subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions provided by law.
