Privacy policy

1. Controller

David Iraguha, METINA, Chemin des Rosiers 1, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland. Contact: metinatraining@gmail.com. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Data collected

• Goal assessment: name, email, phone (optional), goals, timeline, availability, budget, place and equipment, motivation.
• Payment: name, email and payment information, processed directly by Stripe. I receive the payment confirmation, never your card details.
• Health questionnaire and follow-up: age, measurements, health, injuries, sleep and eating habits and, depending on the plan, progress photos and videos.
• Reviews: first name, town, plan, rating, text and email (never published), if you leave a review.
• Gifts: postal address and size, if an item must be shipped.

The level test on the website runs in your browser: your answers are not sent to me.

3. Health data

Health information is sensitive data. I process it only with your consent, given when you fill in the questionnaire, and only to build and adapt your coaching. It is never sold or shared for advertising. I keep it strictly to myself. You can withdraw your consent at any time, but coaching can then no longer be adapted to your health.

4. Why

To reply to your requests, perform the contract, collect payments, ship gifts, publish reviews you have authorised and meet my legal obligations, including accounting.

5. Service providers

• Stripe (payments).
• Netlify (website hosting and form submissions, United States). Netlify automatically filters spam.
• Google (Gmail and website fonts).

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland, notably in the United States. These transfers rely on safeguards provided by law, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Assessments that lead to no coaching are deleted after 6 months. Coaching data, including health data, is kept during the follow-up and deleted at the latest 2 years after your last session. Payment records are kept for 10 years, as required by Swiss accounting law.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data by writing to metinatraining@gmail.com. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

8. Cookies

The website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking or analytics tools, so no cookie banner is needed. The Stripe payment page uses its own cookies, necessary for payment security.
